Performer (B Grade, 60–75 points)

Aspirant (C Grade, 40–60 points)

Beginner (D Grade, 0–40 points)

In this edition:

699 Panchayats are in the Front Runner (A) category.

36% of Panchayats fall into the Performer (B) category.

61% remain Aspirants (C) category.

A significant number (especially in Chhattisgarh) are in the Beginner (D) category.
